Crossfield Marketing was founded in 1990. We deliver custom market research solutions that result in fresh insights and actionable results for our clients. Crossfield's goal is to provide the highest level of professional service combined with creativity and exceptional personal attention.

The company works with a variety of businesses, from start-up firms to Fortune 500 industry leaders. We specialize in technology and business-to-business services. We cover a range of other industries as well including food & beverage, magazine publishing, and packaging. In addition, we provide services to selected non-profit organizations on a pro bono basis.

We are experts in qualitative and quantitative research techniques. Our qualitative toolkit includes focus groups, in-depth interviews, ethnography and on-line bulletin board groups. Our quantitative toolkit includes telephone, mail and on-line surveys and intercepts.

Peggy Allen Lizaur
Founder and President

Prior to founding Crossfield, Peggy held marketing and management positions at Hewlett-Packard, Human Engineered Software and Atari. She earned her MBA degree from Stanford University and a BA with high distinction from the University of Virginia. She has completed intensive training in research techniques at the RIVA Training Institute, Qualitative Research Consultants Association (QRCA) conferences, and the Creative Problem Solving Institute (CPSI). She is a former co-chair of the San Francisco chapter of the Qualitative Research Consultants Association (www.qrca.org).
